Praesidiad High Court Action Update

In the legal action commenced by the Praesidiad subsidiary, Hesco Bastion Limited, against Dirickx Systems Limited (Dirickx) and a number of ex-employees of Hesco, defence documents have now been served, copies of which can be viewed below. For data privacy and document size reasons the annexes to those documents are not included in these links but can be provided upon request. Hesco’s claim against the defendants is continuing and is expected to come to trial in due course.
