HESCO Bastion Concertainer® is a prefabricated, multi-cellular system,
made of Galfan coated steel Weldmesh and lined with non-woven polypropylene
geotextile. It is delivered flat-packed on standard timber skids or
pallets. Units can be joined and extended using the provided joining pins,
and filled using minimal manpower and commonly available equipment.
Retaining Walls
HESCO Concertainer® is ideal for mass gravity retaining walls. They are designed
to resist earth and pressure created behind the wall without overturning or sliding
failure.
Erosion Control
The original application for HESCO Concertainer® was
in the control of coastal erosion. It has since been used around the world,
from Bermuda to the northern coast of Britain.
